Kyndal did an amazing job of fixing a difficult situation from our former service visits that did not go well at all. I told her that I would arrive when they opened on Saturday. Kyndal said that she would immediately take my vehicle back to the tech once I arrived. I arrived, and when the doors opened, Kyndal immediately took care and told me it should be no longer than an hour. Kyndal came and got me about 35 minutes later. Gave me the keys and again profusely apologized about the previous two visits. Kyndal not only fixed these prior issues but reinstalled my faith in Freeman's Toyota being the best place to bring my vehicle for its maintenance and repair. She did, and does, an amazing job for us. More
