But, what caused me to go to Freeman Toyota and consider purchasing a vehicle was a lady in the service department by the n experience was excellent. Knowing she would take care of the new car is what cost me to investigate Freeman Toyota with regard to sales. More

I was disappointed that my car was not ready as promised. No problem with the repairs, but I did waste a lot of time with unnecessary waiting in the dealershiop vicinity when I could have gone home since I was willing to pick the car up the next day. More

I would have been over the moon if my car had been cleaned inside and out - espcecially after dropping $1100 for service. In past service experience with Jeep, Saab, and Volvo in Austin, San Francisco cleaned inside and out - espcecially after dropping $1100 for service. In past service experience with Jeep, Saab, and Volvo in Austin, San Francisco, and Seattle my car was always cleaned inside and out with every service. The website was also a little dificult for scheduling. The confirmation email gave me a link for modifying or canceling my apt but I could only cancel it. I had to start a new request and input all of my information again just to change my service day from Mon to Tues morning. Other that than the service was great. Friendly, fast, efficient. More
