I arrived at the dealership 7/30/24 excited about driving off in my new car. After waiting for 40 min even though I had an appointment and paperwork, I finally made it to the finance department. The finance person, with a condescending smile, presented me with a mountain of documents to sign. The person behind the desk tries to sell me GAP insurance and other thing but I straightly denied and told him If it's free then yes if not then NO and and he became impatient, got mad and frustrated and called me you're not smart guy in front of my kid and wife. I know he's doing his job to offer me extra things but when customer say no then they need to take it with smile on their face. I even said straight to his face this is the reason I don't want to come to dealership. I hate going to dealership and this reason made it more stronger, I believe car buying should be simple and straightforward like Tesla. Sales guy Tommy Chau was good and other guy who helped me before Tommy came was good and friendly as well. More
