Left my vehicle with a complaint about it shutting down while driving on the Highway from 70MPH to 25 and going into limp mode, not being able to move out of the way fast enough (this happened several time while driving on the Highway from 70MPH to 25 and going into limp mode, not being able to move out of the way fast enough (this happened several times with my family in the truck). Another issue was that while braking around 60 to 70MPH the steering wheel and pedal vibrated, which Mr. Curry told me that the rotor were bad. The screen went black a couple of times while pushing the pause button (knob also fell off) and they could also not duplicate. upon delivery of my vehicle Mr. Curry stated that there was nothing they could do about the limp mode and/or the screen, and that the brake were fine (even after he told me a week before they were bad, I have him on record) my truck also needed maintenance which the light was on, mind you they had the truck for 3 weeks and they could easily done the maintenance. Needless to say that they are far the wort dealership to deal with, they sell you a LEMON and do not stand behind their product. If you could avoid this dealership do yourself a favor and do so and please avoid Toyota Tundras all together they are crap. If you have a second gen Tundra do not I repeat do not trade it in for the new crap they are selling now days specially if Toyota and Freeman are not going to stand behind their products. More
I personally had an opportunity to met Jeremy (Shop Foreman), what a GREAT guy! Knowledgeable and super awesome personality :) Also, kudos to my (and BEST) Service Advisor, Steve C. Steve is the Foreman), what a GREAT guy! Knowledgeable and super awesome personality :) Also, kudos to my (and BEST) Service Advisor, Steve C. Steve is the definition of what Customer Service should be - the guy ALWAYS goes above and beyond to accommodate any special requests, keeps me posted with the work performed and follow-up to ensure I am satisfied. Not even our old BMW dealership or our current Volvo (2020 T8 XC90 Polestar) Service Advisor, is as diligent, friendly and professional as Steve! I can sit here and continue to elaborate, but you should know all of this about Steve! More
I've always been satisfied with service at Freeman. Each service rep has been very thorough explaining what is most important - such as regular maintenance requirements, but also optional services.
