One good thing that I can say that happened is that I got approved.after that I got a car that I had not even seen or tested Ive waited about a week for the car to arrive and another week for the car to be “ approved.after that I got a car that I had not even seen or tested Ive waited about a week for the car to arrive and another week for the car to be “ready”and by the time I got the car they were still getting it detailed but they didn’t even finish the whole process because I could not wait any longer. And by the time I could drive the car a few weeks later I was informed that They had forgotten the most crucial which it was the down payment and I was not sure of how it would work because it was the first time that I bought a car with a dealership. So I was still paying it and I was keeping contact with the maneger which it was fine but after a little bit of talking I started to worry about the plates because I didn’t want to get ticket from that. And since I was talking to the manager I thought it was going to be fine until I asked about the plates and he said he would look into it and give me a call back.but he never did and so I texted him about it but he did not respond it has been 2/3 week and I still don’t have any response from them. More

Nice dealership, clean and organized. I went in for a regular maintenance oil change and a tire rotation, the service rep told me the technician found a nail in the front tire, but can I went in for a regular maintenance oil change and a tire rotation, the service rep told me the technician found a nail in the front tire, but can not be fixed and it needs to be replaced because it was close to the side wall. I believe that the service department was to busy to deal with a nail in my tire, so I paid my bill and left. I have to admit I was a little disappointed. Luckily there was a Discount Tire shop next door to your dealership, I told them what happened,they took care of the nail surprisingly free of charge and they assured me it is as good as new. I still like Freeman Toyota but alittle disappointed in what happened. Hopefully next visit will be better. More
