Dealership botched the inspection of our potential trade-in. Undervalued the car by $1,500 and refused to offer good value, so we took it to Carmax to get the full value of our car, which was in very trade-in. Dealership offered $2,000, and we got $3,600 from Carmax. Dealership lost out on having a good used car in its inventory, and whatever profit that would have brought them in the resale. More
