Dishonest, bad business practice. I went there for oil change and battery replacement. On the receipt, it shows my car drove in as 58.077 miles, it went up to 63,347 miles after the o I went there for oil change and battery replacement. On the receipt, it shows my car drove in as 58.077 miles, it went up to 63,347 miles after the oil change, 5000 miles difference. They didn’t replace my bad battery as requested, instead they did the unnecessary repairs. Obviously, they didn’t actually perform the multi-point inspection as they’d promised, otherwise the battery would’ve not passed the test. 2 other auto shops had told me my batter was bad, didn’t pass test at all! In the past, I went to Freeman Toyota for some years, used to be good, but not anymore. More
