Most of the time I’ve had a good experience here. But the last two times I’ve had a bad experience getting the service I asked for. They either did something when I didn’t ask them too or not done so But the last two times I’ve had a bad experience getting the service I asked for. The "multipoint inspection" had multiple errors showing that things that were broken were functional which was incorrect leading me to believe that the inspection wasn't even performed. Also the mileage on that things that were broken were functional which was incorrect leading me to believe that the inspection wasn't even performed. Also the mileage on the oil change sticker was off and showed that it was due for another oil change for 3k miles less than the car had. Staff wasn't as friendly as they could be and at some points it felt like I was being ripped off. For example, I was told the brake fluid needed changed but then the multipoint inspection said it was good. Further, things that said needed addressed last time I was in for service that were not addressed were shown as good or no damage. I will not be coming back as I do not trust this dealership and feel like there is some dishonesty. More

Generally OK. Typical canned sequence to maintain control of the prospect. But an attempt was made to slide in an additional “service”, at an additional price. That sort of deception is why I did not rate them with five stars. Dave, the sales person did a good job presenting the very canned procedure. My suggesting when an 84 year old comes in with checkbook in hand is to assume this is not the first time this person has bought a vehicle. And the hocus pockus way of presenting the mathematics could be greatly simplified for a cash transaction. In general, you are leaving out a step to size up the prospect, and adjust your canned procedure for the specific needs and past experience of the buyer. We are not all first time buyers looking for the way to drive off with the smallest outlay of cash…. Marshall Simmons More
