I stopped getting service at Freeman Toyota 2 years ago because it took 2.5 hours for an oil change even though I was promised it was going to be an hour. Two year later, it took a little over an hour for because it took 2.5 hours for an oil change even though I was promised it was going to be an hour. Two year later, it took a little over an hour for an oil change, and took another 10 minutes to claim my car. When I asked to see if there was a software update, I was told that it would be diagnostic, and would cost $199. In addition to the oil change, I was recommended an additional $500 services that I did not ask for. These were not communicated to me directly, it was through an app. The service representative only come to me to let me know that my coupon is not applicable, and finally when the oil change was completed. I do not think I will ever be using Freeman Toyota. More
