Freeman Toyota truly does an excellent job of taking care of their customers. I bought my car brand new at another dealership and each time I had so much trouble with their service department. Freeman Toyota is a breath of fresh air in car service. They provide live updates, video assessments of your car, digital MPI, and you can decide on your phone what services you want done on your car, with an explanation of why it’s suggested. Everyone there is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Each experience is better than the one before. Oh, and forget having to wait HOURS at the dealership. Everything is done quickly and correctly. Drove in at 7:15ish and left before 9:30 for several services. My husband waited 6 hours for an oil change at our former dealership! Thank you Freeman Toyota! I get different service issues in consequence appointments. Steering rack was bad last year. I didn't replace it. Today I was told steering rack is fine and power steering fluid needs to be flush appointments. Steering rack was bad last year. I didn't replace it.
