Despite our expectations of a nightmare, Caleb Courtney was ridiculously helpful and sympathetic throughout the entire process. Not only was he knowledgeable but he was more than willing to thoroughly explain things (sometimes 2-3 times / ways) every step of the way so that my wife and I felt comfortable and educated about every decision we were making. We had our 2 year old son with us at the time which made things even more difficult but Caleb was extremely conscientious of our time and our over all comfort during our time at Freeland. 5 Gold Stars for all your help and overall customer service skills!
