I will never again take my vehicle to this dealership. I brought my vehicle there twice in the past month and nothing was fixed on it because they don’t seem to know what they are doing. I walked out of t I brought my vehicle there twice in the past month and nothing was fixed on it because they don’t seem to know what they are doing. I walked out of there paying $280 for two diagnostic tests and not one shred of paperwork other than my receipt. They called me three separate times to tell me how much I would owe for the work that needed to be done and each time I was given a different number and of course a more expensive one. They apparently don’t have a system that breaks down what is owed they do all of it by hand leaving it up to a person typing random numbers into a calculator to give you your quote. When I asked for a breakdown to be emailed to me I was sent a typed out breakdown same as what was given to me over the phone but of course the total was more. I was never given a copy of either diagnostic that was performed. They supposedly did a pressure test and said my car was losing pressure and gave me a written out list of things I would need to pay for in order for it to be fixed but of course was not given anything in regards to the pressure test. They charge an insane amount for a diagnostic test and I was not even able to get my car fixed because I couldn’t trust that what I was paying was even right because I was given so many different numbers and no paperwork! This is no way to conduct a business and they will never again get my business or anyone else I know. Please save yourself the time and money and check out another place. The man behind me in line to pick up his car was even pissed because his check engine light was still on even though that was the reason he brought his car in in the first place. We had a convo outside and he also said he would never bring his car back again. More

Purchased my 2015 ram 1500 on December 11th, 2020. Immediately was taken back to the service department due to me finding a broken lug stud on the test drive. Was called on December 14th and told the Immediately was taken back to the service department due to me finding a broken lug stud on the test drive. Was called on December 14th and told the truck was ready for pick up. Drove truck till December 17th when the wheel they replaced the lug studs on almost fell off going down the road due to improper torque of the lug nuts. Had truck towed back to their dealership where they first said it was the. drivers side CV axle that was bad, then the passenger, then the whole front differential. Was given a loaner truck to drive while mine was being repaired. During that time of over 4 weeks I had yet to recieve any copys of my contract, or any registration for my truck from where they transferred over my tags from my trade in. Finally after 4 weeks i got my truck back, with a note that theres now a vibration in the truck over 65 cause the holes in the wheels where the lug nuts go are oval shaped and they cant center them properly. (but was assured this was safe to drive on). and they will not cover a new wheel. After a couple days of driving i noticed the transmission is slipping so i brought it back cause i have an extended warranty on the truck and the service writer agreed it needed diagnosed. Asked about a loaner and was told they cant offer me one. So after paying close to $30k for a truck paying for it for 2 months, having it in my possession for a total of 12 days, I am now taking it to another dealer, having to pay another $2500 dollars, for wheels and tires, $700 for front struts that are completely blown out, and having to go without it again while another dealership works on the transmission. I was told before purchasing the truck that all used vehicles go thru a multi point inspection before being put on the lot. Either that is a lie or their techs need another training course. Absolutely will not buy another vehicle thru them again More
Do not buy a car from Freeland. They repeatedly pulled my credit report after I explicitly stated they could not do so. They pulled my credit report from all 3 bureaus & then tried to say it was to get a ris credit report after I explicitly stated they could not do so. They pulled my credit report from all 3 bureaus & then tried to say it was to get a risk assessment 4 days AFTER I already had a loan approved through an outside lender. It’s unfortunate because this was the second car I’ve bought there & always used their service department. No longer. More

When we asked about it the answer was my credit was to good to get rebates. Long story short they do not discount but rather increase interest rates to make the new car price. They were not honest nor upfront about the price. They tried to pressure is into buying but we did not. More
