I was on my was to Nashville from Atlanta for work that night. The engine light came on and my truck started to surge. After 20 or so miles, I saw the dealership beside the highway. The gentleman and lady at the service desk worked me in and my truck was repaired within a couple of hours and I was again on my way. I found out later that it was the gentleman's 1'st day on the job. These two people were great and even offered me a piece of their pizza while I waited. I would recommend your business to anyone without reservation. More

Originally, we took our truck in to see if there was a recall on the bearings and spoke with Tammy. She couldn't find one at the moment but she told us to drop our truck off on a day that was the least busy so she could give it her full attention. She called that day to say there was in fact a recall for the bearings and that we also needed a new tire rod, which we would have to pay for. She was upfront on cost for the tire rod and explained how long it would take and if any additional problems arose she would call and always work with us. She has such a wonderful attitude that my husband said he would go back there for all our work on the truck, which is impressive since he is ALWAYS skeptical about mechanics and dealerships. Finally, the best part was that the final cost for the tire rod came in under than what we had expected to pay. This was the least stressful experience we have ever had in dealing with repairs to a vehicle and would recommend Gary Mathews to anyone. Thanks Tammy for making this a great experience! More

I think the most valuable thing a salesman can do is let you take charge of the sale, and decide what you want, as opposed to telling you what you need and confusing you by throwing a ton of useless information at you. I was able to leave the lot that day with no pressure to stay, which was part of my decision to come back. When I did come back Kyle was able to reasonably get my payments where I needed them and I'm now the proud owner of a beautiful 2013 Dodge Charger. I definitely recommend this lot and Kyle as a sales rep in particular. More

My wife and I lost the key to our 2010 dodge caravan. We went back to the dealer that we bought the car from. The car was at our home and we had no way to drive it to any dealership. We left Frensley Dodge with a promise never to return. We went straight to Gary Mathews Dealership. A totally opposite experience. The service people were all very friendly and understood our dilema. Our service rep. was very helpful. She ordered the tow for us, they fixed our problem quickly nd correctly. I will definitely go back to that dealership again when I am in the market for any car. Bud Johnson More
I inquired about an early 90's truck in their online used inventory. As much information as they had was provided. Later in the day, I stopped in to inspect the vehicle. Sam was busy with a couple looking at another vehicle, and Corey took me to look at the truck. The interior and exterior of the truck was accurately described. The dealership has a full-point inspection they do on all vehicles, but I requested to have it looked over by an outside source and a trusted friend of mine who owns a shop. Corey said we could arrange it, and the next morning, I met Sam at opening and we test-drove the truck to the shop. After two and a half hours, everything checked out in great shape (suspension, diffs, engine), besides a minor oil leak between the seals, common in this model truck, and was accurately described in their listing. A Carfax report was also run on the truck, at my expense, to check for any possible discrepancies between the freely-provided Experian report. A mileage discrepancy was found. I raised concern about this, to which Corey responded by allowing me to speak with the previous owner of the truck and gather additional information about it. With the information provided, we were able to establish that the mileage was correct, and my issues were resolved. I've spent a year looking for the truck to purchase, went to multiple dealers and private owners. Most previous sales reps would steer me away from the vehicles I was interested in and try to sell me something more expensive. Sam asked me initially what I was looking for in a truck and if there were any other models they had in stock he could show me. However, after I refused, he did not try to change my mind, nor did he show less interest in helping me purchase a less expensive truck. Once I decided to purchase, we spent a few minutes negotiating price. Neither Sam or Corey were aggressive or used any pressure tactics before or during the sale. We came to an agreement that worked for all of us, and I bought the truck. It took half an hour or so for the paperwork to be finalized, but there was another customer ahead of me who was financing. Roye was polite and did not seem agitated that I wanted to read all the details and fine print of each paper I signed. Overall it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I'm satisfied with my purchase and am grateful for the time both Sam and Corey spent helping me. Thank you. More
I have absolutely no confidence in this dealership ability to repair anything other than minor problems,on the surface they appear to be open and willing to make good on their work as long as you go i ability to repair anything other than minor problems,on the surface they appear to be open and willing to make good on their work as long as you go in with an open check book.The service manager can not be contacted directly, and there is no contact information for anyone other than sales. True customer service lives up to the promises made by dealership personnel, not just empty meaningless words. More
