I knew what I wanted and when it was not available on the lot he went through hell and high water to locate it for me. Lucky for me a new set of cars had just arrived that morning. Ron was patient and understood the major decision of purchasing a new vehicle. To make a long story short I purchased a new vehicle for a pretty decent price. I got all the features I wanted in it, so in all I am happy. I live in Clarksville so yes I drove to Antioch to have a great car buying experience and to feel as though I am being cheated or rushed in anyways due to it being a military town. Since they not making any money on a recall you are the last on the list. the recall Calls for an hour of service and they want to keep your vehicle there two or three days with no option for a rental. I took time off from work to meet there appointment and they didn't even get my truck in the shop. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Jeep Renegade I decided after music research to buy a Jeep Renegade. I emailed 4 dealerships regarding availability and price. 1 told me the price on-line was third I decided after music research to buy a Jeep Renegade. I emailed 4 dealerships regarding availability and price. 1 told me the price on-line was third party and most of the discounts shown I wouldn't be able to get approved for, such as military and college (?). 2 emailed back and basically said yes, its available and the price is the price, take it or leave it. J Loucks at Nashville CJDR emailed back and invited me to make an offer. I sent back 2 other dealerships' prices and made an offer. He verified with the manager, beat it by $50 and invited me to come test drive. I walked in expecting all the typical games at a dealership, but J was very helpful and not pushy. I never dealt with anyone but him. No manager came out and pushed. Bottom line, I got the car at the price I wanted, got my trade-in at the price I wanted, and a great interest rate. Also Jason in Finance continued the simple and easy treatment with the paperwork with no pressure on warranties. I've bought a lot of cars over many years and these guys made this the easiest and simplest deal I have ever made at a dealership. Give them a shot and they will actually respond to emails with the price quoted being the price you get when you show up with no added upsells. More
PULLED CREDIT WITHOUT PERMISSION!!!!! I recently wrote a good review for this location based on our purchase from last year and a new recent experience (mistake). A few weeks back my fiance and i had our credit ran to look for a new vehicle, they didnt have quite what we wanted so we decided to wait. I was told our credit would stay for 30 days and it would NOT be ran a second time, so we decided to go back this weekend and look around. We found something that caught our eye so we was going to apply for it. The saleman had us fill out paperwork, when i asked why (and confirmed out credit would not be re-run), he said it was just process and it would not be run. Welllll looked online today after i had an alert to my credit file through my credit card, and dont you know it..there was a total of 5 inquires on me and my fiances report!!!! One from Sunday and we was at the dealer on Sat. I am beyond pissed and will be calling into the store today, this is ridiculous. I will NEVER recommend or go back to this dealer (and i have gave many referrals to your location). More
Worst parts service and attitudes ever. I needed a new start push button for our Grand Cherokee. I went in to the parts department and there was no one at the counter so I waited for a few m I needed a new start push button for our Grand Cherokee. I went in to the parts department and there was no one at the counter so I waited for a few minutes. There was a woman at the accounts payable counter next to it just sitting there. I asked her if there was anyone in the parts department and she replied "They're in the back, they're slammed". While I was waiting, her phone rang and she said" Oh my God" and acted like it was a huge problem that she had to answer the phone. While I was still waiting, her phone rang again and she had the same reaction only louder. With still no one coming to the counter, I asked her if she could call someone. She did and told me it would be a while. During the wait, a man from the service department came up to the counter and I asked him if he could tell me the proper way to remove the start button from the Jeep and showed him the button. He asked "What is that?" I told him it was the start button from our Grand Cherokee and he said he had no idea how to remove it. Finally a guy came to the counter, I showed him the broken button, told him the year and model and asked if he had a replacement. After searching for about 10 minutes, he said he could not look it up without the VIN. I told him the button was the same from 2008 to 2013 and he said there was no way to look it up without the VIN. He also told me the button would need to be programmed by the service department. I told him the button is just a button and there is no program in it. He disagreed with me and again and said it needs to be programmed. I showed him the inside of the button and there was nothing in it. He still disagreed. When it was all said and done, I spent 20 minutes there and could not get the part. I went home and in 5 minutes found the part number and a new one on eBay for $10.54 shipped. Amazing that I can find the part number and part in 5 minutes and the Jeep parts department is incapable of finding it in their system. This was the worst customer service and most inept people I have ever seen at a dealership. More

She was very knowledgeable, stayed late with us, and she and a coworker, Tyler, personally coordinated with me when I left my garage clicker in my trade in. One negative was that did not receive my registration before my temp tag expired but this was quickly remedied by Kayla when I let her know. I've only used the service department to have my extra key programmed but the man programming it was very nice and speedy when I said I was in a hurry. Overall we felt very taken care of and would recommend this dealership. More
