Lack of support after the sale Very stereotypical used car salesman experience. We had 3 texts, 4 phone calls and 2 emails unanswered after our brand new Rebel was delivered. I expected just a little more effort to ensure our satisfaction. We don't live or work in the area near the dealership. The license plate was delivered there. We called 4 times asking them to mail the plates to our home. Joseph Newsom said, "I will see what I can do." Nothing more and never followed up. We left 2 messages with the receptionist. Never heard back. Finally spoke with someone that agreed to send the plates to a different dealership and let them mail it to me. My temporary plates expired on 20-Oct-2017. I didn't get the new tags til 9-Nov-2017. This iOS just one example. I don't feel the need to elaborate more. More
