They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and their knowledgeable team helped me find the perfect vehicle. The entire process, from test-driving to financing, was smooth and transparent. I especially appreciated their thorough explanation of the vehicle's features and the clear, fair pricing. Liars, NO service after the sale, unreliable and do not stand behind their product. No principals, 0 accountability, bad, bad people to deal with. They delivered to me a car with almost $3,000.00 worth of stand behind their product. No principals, 0 accountability, bad, bad people to deal with. They delivered to me a car with almost $3,000.00 worth of damage of which they take 0 accountability. The vehicle was NOT damaged BEFORE it was delivered to me. They said it was not damaged when it left the lot well you would guess it was the transport companies fault. Dealership will not give me a name, phone number or receipt for the transport company. Although transport price was supposed to be included in the price (according to the add on CarGuru) I had to pay for part of the transport, still no receipt! I have taken this to The States Attorneys Office because these people refuse to talk to me. I've been hung up on, left on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. I've offered solutions including paying some of the damages, still no responsibility. I'm fighting for customers that get treated like xxxx no matter how diligent they are in doing the right thing! I attempted to buy a 2020 BMW 840 Grand Coupe. I negotiated and out the door price with salesman Ranato. It took two day to get the bill of sale and dmv docs done for my lender. Red flag number 1. I negotiated and out the door price with salesman Ranato. It took two day to get the bill of sale and dmv docs done for my lender. Red flag number 1. At the end of day Wednesday all paperwork was complete. They knew I would be traveling from NC to NJ to pick up the vehicle of everything checked out. I arrived on Thursday morning after driving 7 hours to test drive and purchase the car. After test driving the car I requested to take it up the street to BMW to get it inspected. Prior to approval to do I was told they need to collect 3k in taxes by the finance manager. This was never discussed prior to my arrival and they knew I had a check with the remaining balance less the down payment to pay for the car. They tried to squeeze me for the 3k we negotiated off the price after getting me there thinking I would be pressured into going for it. They are worse than unethical. They need to be shut down. I can’t imagine how many inexperienced buyers they’ve taking advantage of. What dealer you know let 41k walk away for 3k. It may have been a blessing in disguise. However, I would never recommend this dealership to my worst enemy! BUYER PLEASE BEWARE!!!! More
Four months in and I’m still waiting on plates and title. I’m receiving letter from the lender because they were never placed as the lien holder and today I got a call that the extended warranty I paid for w I’m receiving letter from the lender because they were never placed as the lien holder and today I got a call that the extended warranty I paid for was never sent in by the dealership. They are canceling it because they can’t get the dealership to respond. I call on a regular basis and get the same, either nobody answers or if they do which is rare I get we will look into it. I have never received a call or an explanation from anyone higher than the salesman who hasn’t a clue where to start in order to fix this. His words not mine. This has been the most frustrating and disappointing experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. They don’t complete your paperwork in a timely matter or if even at all. I’m not a disgruntled customer but am someone who had been ignored and taken advantage of by this dealership. I now spend my time trying to fix what they refuse to acknowledge. Save yourself the time and effort and go to a reputable dealership that will do what they say. I had posted this review before but was asked to take it down by the dealership. In exchange they were going to make sure everything was handled that was a month ago. I am only writing this to save someone else the trouble and frustration they will experience when buying from this dealership. I should of done a better job of reading their reviews. Take the time to read through them. I am not the only one who is experiencing this. More
STAY FAR FAR FAR away from Freehold Mitsubishi! ! They deserve NO stars and to be blasted for their horrific business practices. I made the deal with George back in June. I didn't try haggle him o ! They deserve NO stars and to be blasted for their horrific business practices. I made the deal with George back in June. I didn't try haggle him on the price, all I asked for was a fully serviced, clean, legal to drive truck. I received none of those things. He is incompetent, lazy, and spews nothing but lies! George (without my knowledge or consent) switched the buyer & co-buyer on the paperwork so I don't even know if the truck will get registered correctly! My RAM was delivered to me in MA. on June 20, 2024. I requested (in writing) that the truck be FULLY serviced & detailed before it shipped out to me. George claimed (again, in writing, that it was fully serviced and cleaned). It was FILTHY on the inside, full of dog hair from the previous owner, it had ZERO oil, the front tires were bald, rears not much better and all filters were clogged and old. When I spoke up, I was then pushed off to Marin who claimed he would reimburse me (I sent him all paid receipts) for the detail, new tires and service. He also claimed my MA plates would definitely be here before the temp. plate expired on July 18th. As of today, 7/29, the plates still have not arrived. The week the plate was expiring, I had my attorney write an email on my behalf looking for answers. Marin immediately shut us down. We emailed, just requesting the legal team's info, we get "speak to my legal team", BUT Marin refuses to supply me with their contact info! HOW can I speak to your legal team if you won't tell me how to contact them??? I was forced to park my truck that I paid over $50,000 for and rent a vehicle! AM I supposed to just sit back, eat the thousands of extra dollars I have had to put into the truck & truck rental? Just stare at it in my driveway all while making the $950/mo. payment, just hope & pray someday my plates arrive?? I THINK NOT!! I have prepped a package to send to the NJ-BBB and NJ-AG and visit every single platform to warn others to stay away! Plain & simple, this is FRAUDULANT practice. I will not just be sweeping this under the rug or waiting patiently. PLEASE take the time to read all of the other reviews, as well as mine. We all have very similar story lines, seems to be common practice for this dealer. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD More

They shipped it to me and when it arrived the straps that held the car to the truck had scratched two of the headlights. We have not gotten a reimbursement to fix them. We are on month 3 without a license plate!! They sent a temp replacement 3 weeks after the first had expired! My husband calls and texts every day and gets the same sob story… the people who do that quit, the new people don’t know how to do it, we just overnighted it to you… all lies!! We were promised there was a second key to the car but they “are looking for it,” for 3 months! STAY AWAY!!! These people are scammers!!! More
Bought a vehicle from Freehold Mitsubishi of NJ more than a month ago and still don't have my title. I've been trying to get a hold of anyone - the story is the same: someone will call you back and from the a month ago and still don't have my title. I've been trying to get a hold of anyone - the story is the same: someone will call you back and from the dozens of calls I've made, not one call back. The salesperson, George, is completely unresponsive and always too busy. Please stay away - I thought that dealing with an official dealership I was dodging this type of behavior, but instead, I landed right into the shady, no communication whatsoever practices. Contacting the NJ AG and BBB next. They didn't have the title on premise at the time of sale (May 8) because it had a lien on it from Mercedes since it was leased by the previous owner. So they did not have the title at the time of us signing the sale contract and wiring them the full payment (May 10) for the vehicle. June 21, after hounding Nathan, he finally calls back to tell me he has the title and that he will have someone go in person on June 24 to transfer it in our name at the DMV. Called June 25 since I haven't heard anything to only find out that he was not in the office and no one can help me. June 26, still no title. Nathan, the manager in charge of the deal keeps promising next week and has called me back 2 times out of my 30+ calls over the last few weeks. He says that it is not illegal to sell the car if they didn't have the title and that "it happens all the time". I reached out to Philip - the Director of Operations. He assured me on June 28 that we would have the title in 2 weeks. That time has passed and not title still. I called him and he said he would call me back in "a couple of minutes" - it has been hours with no call back. It has been over 2 months now and we still do not have the title with a car that is still sitting on their lot. The service has been abysmal. The staff does not stand behind their words, instead worrying about burying the bad reviews. More
