After being told at Downs Ford in Toms River that the car we wanted was in our "WHEELHOUSE RANGE". We called around and they staff over at Freehold Ford Stayed open on a Saturday night to help us get the car that we wanted and for the price that worked for everyone. I cant say enough at how this made us feel after being made to feel like garbage at the other dealership, the staff was like a breath of fresh air that showed that they really wanted to make our car purchase happen. They really are a QUALITY DEALERSHIP and we will be purchasing our next car from them for the sheer fact that they made us feel like we mattered. More

They made the day a lot less stressful then it could have been, and I was able to get the best car for the cheapest price compared to other dealerships I visited including; Honda, Toyota, Nissan, and Hyundai. If anyone is interested in purchasing a new vehicle from Ford, I recommend visiting this dealership and requesting either Laura or Yvonne for assistance when you walk through the door. I definitely wouldn't have walked away with such a great car for such a great price if I hadn't visited Freehold Ford and met Yvonne and Laura. More

Crystal is clearly the best! I went into Freehold Ford to see the new Ford Fusion. Crystal came by to explain the differences clearly. Finally, a very nice young man, Mike Z asked us if he could help us. I guess the rest is history, as they say. We purchased a new Ford Edge, great vehicle, and Mike was easy to work with. He did not pressure us, and helped us select the best value for the money. Took the time to let us drive and look over several vehicles. Even his Manager Dimitri was low key in his "closing" approach and did not use any high pressure tactics. All in all, a great experience from a "Jersey" dealer, we are from the Midwest and didn't know what to expect. Thanks MIke! I should also mention the Finance Mgr, Mike Kellerman went the extra mile to make sure we were pleased with some after the sale vehicles enhancements. More
