I really appreciated his knowledge and warm, courteous demeanor, how nice! Original service telephone receptionist (sorry, I misplaced her name) was also quite pleasant and arranged my appointment quickly, I was surprised everything was set in a few minutes! Great customer service, from the moment I walked in there was no pressure. Wayne was my sales rep, he was great and you can have a normal convo with him with the pressure.
