Sales manager Ken Blair was able to secure me a price that was competitive with other dealerships in the area, and Finance Manager Steve Dougherty was even able to find me "more money" even after the deal was sealed. I've been very happy with the sales experience, and since having my 2012 Edge, also purchased at this dealership serviced for the past three years here, am very comfortable with recommending this dealership to anyone. Laura (sales rep) answered all our questions and generally made the transaction a very friendly but business-like experience. Had the impression that we were getting straight answers. We leased an Escape with the few options we needed; and had no heavy up-sell pressure. Overall transaction at this dealership was very smooth and professional. I think I got a decent deal, including being informed of a win-back promotion that ended up saving me some money. I’d recommend Laura and Freehold Ford to anybody in the market for a car. I’d been to 4 other dealers (different manufacturers) and then went to FF. Ended up buying the same day. Felt much more comfortable here. Have 4 cars in the family and we’ve bought/leased maybe 15 from various area dealers in past decade or so. Very good experience with Laura at Freehold Ford. More
