Went Saturday, had pretty much made my deal over the phone as they know my wife and I that well, got there, the new F150 was ready to go. Had to wait a bit to finish up due to the place being swamped but Jim went out of his way to make my wife and 2 boys comfortable during the wait. We don't even talk to other dealers as we know they are no nonsense, no pressure, none of the usual sales tactics that will send me running out of a dealer. These guys are the best. When i go in for service i usually hang with the sales staff and BS. And they throw in Kenny Blair for extra comedy prowess. More

The Finance guy, Julio, was a gem. So patient and friendly. I left with a 2016 Fusion that is the best car I've driven in a long time.
