First I would like to say that this review is over due and should have been written in March 2023. Aidan Witteurongel was my sales professional at Freehold Ford. There is only complete positive feedback that I can provide to both Aidan and all the staff at Freehold Ford. Aidan was attentive, friendly and extremely helpful answering all of our questions regarding the purchase of our bronco. He showed us how to work all of the features that came with this dealership custom build. Aidan also took time with me, to go over the navigation system on an additional day when I needed another review due to this being a new feature and not on my older vehicle. Overall, I would not hesitate to return to Freehold Ford again for a vehicle purchase and I also bought my prior car there. It is currently 14 years old and runs fantastic! I have always used Freehold Ford for servicing as well. More

My experience with Kyle in the service department was excellent. He was courteous, professional and took the time to explain what was wrong with my vehicle and what it would cost. When I came to retrieve my vehicle, he walked me to the cashier then went to get my vehicle and drove it right up to the door.
