This dealer tried to bait and switch a Facebook ad I responded to, Lonnie the finance manager stole $4,000 from me, sneaking an extended warranty on my contract, in the end I was handed a Zip drive with responded to, Lonnie the finance manager stole $4,000 from me, sneaking an extended warranty on my contract, in the end I was handed a Zip drive with contracts, I went to staples had them printed and found the extra $4,000 charge! I contacted Ford directly to find out how much that warranty really is and they told me it was only worth $1,900!!! He added over $2,000!!!! More

I’ve had three cars from Freehold Ford, two of which I bought on my own. The customer service there is awesome. This time around, I was a little overwhelmed having to find a new car, and Naheem helped ans bought on my own. The customer service there is awesome. This time around, I was a little overwhelmed having to find a new car, and Naheem helped answer all my questions, addressed all my concerns, and even stuck with me when I had difficultly choosing between two cars. Lonnie in finance was just fantastic, and Josh taught me all I needed to know about how to work my new car. Hopefully I won’t have to get a new car in the near future, but if I do I know it’ll be from the fantastic salespeople from Freehold Ford. More
This is the third time that I bought a car from Freehold Ford. Because of the chip shortage I had to order my Explorer back in the beginning of June and was updated along the way by my salesman Joshua Rapac Ford.
