I came in on 12/4/21 to talk with Yvonne regarding my current lease. I was very close to my lease miles but still had a year left on my lease. Yvonne was able to have my vehicle appraised and it apprai current lease. I was very close to my lease miles but still had a year left on my lease. Yvonne was able to have my vehicle appraised and it appraised for more than what I owed on my lease. I was able to use that money towards my new Truck. Yvonne was patient, knowledgeable and straight to the point. I love working with Yvonne and her Team. Everyone was so nice and made us feel like family. This dealer tried to bait and switch a Facebook ad I responded to, Lonnie the finance manager stole $4,000 from me, sneaking an extended warranty on my contract, in the end I was handed a Zip drive with responded to, Lonnie the finance manager stole $4,000 from me, sneaking an extended warranty on my contract, in the end I was handed a Zip drive with contracts, I went to staples had them printed and found the extra $4,000 charge! I contacted Ford directly to find out how much that warranty really is and they told me it was only worth $1,900!!! He added over $2,000!!!! More
