Chris (the owner) was very professional and moves a lot of higher-end cars so he knows his stuff. They were also very flexible and actually drove the car to a local dealership for me in order to have a PPI performed. From what I could gather, Chris performs adequate diligence on all of the cars he brings in from both a quality and pricing standpoint. I’ve had some very poor experiences in the past with used car dealers and even a legitimate VW dealership but the people at Freedom Motorcars won’t give you the run-around. I would happily buy another car from Chris and I definitely recommend working with Freedom Motorcars. More

Great experience...didn’t last long My wife and I fell in love with this Jeep when we saw the pictures online. When we got there, it was pretty close to what we expected, and they did po My wife and I fell in love with this Jeep when we saw the pictures online. When we got there, it was pretty close to what we expected, and they did post pictures of the cosmetic imperfections. We knew the cosmetic issues before we bought it. The people were extremely friendly. They also compensated us for the imperfections that we knew needed to be replaced/fixed and pointed out to them (the owner gave me a spare set of LED headlights he had). Once we bought the Jeep, however, we had several issues. The ABS module was bad, prompting the ABS, traction control, and “ESP/BAS” warning lights to come on. Within 24 hours of that, the “Check Engine” light came on. So far, without replacing the bald tires (which we saw before purchasing), we have spent over $1,000 just fixing the pre-existing issues to make it driveable. After being quoted for additional replacement parts, I’ll be close to $1,500 after this weekend. I wouldn’t accuse the dealership of clearing the codes before we bought the Jeep without proof, but I will say that I had a total of 4 warning lights pop up on the dash in a matter of days of driving this off the lot. I did bring this to their attention and ask for help, and they did offer it. The problem, however, is that they wanted me to drive my brand new vehicle with 4 warning lights, including a check engine light, over an hour away so that they could have their own mechanics look at it (which I understand on some level) without giving me a quote even though I had already diagnosed the issues. I have wanted a Jeep all of my life, and I finally found one in an affordable price range. If I could go back, I would have never bought this Jeep knowing that I’d be dumping another $1,500 on top of my purchase price without even being able to customize it or have fun with it. All I’ve done so far is spend money chasing pre-existing problems that I was never made aware of. More

The day I bought the car he picked it up from his mechanic and tells me it’s ready to go. I asked him, “do you promise this is a good quality car?” Absolutely he says. NOW, I get the car, not only is the check engine light on now, but the A/C stopped working, the rear window does not role down, there is electrical problems that cause my tail lights to cut out, someone stole driver side steering wheel air bag, the transmission is starting to slip. And autozone hooked up a computer and it said the steering wheel is not locked in the correct position. The BELSHA gave me his word that it’s a great car. So I call the dealership 5 times in one day cause he won’t return a phone call. He can’t man up, he lets that woman try to smooth things over. And she knows absolutely nothing. So now he tells me, oh bring it to my mechanic and I will give you my price to fix ALL the issues. But when we were talking about the car he proceeds to tell me, well that’s why the price was so cheap. Not one time did he say he lowered the price because it had issues. I literally made this theif promise me, made him say the words. He looked into my face and brazenly lied. Without effort.These people are so dishonest it’s scary.I honestly feel like this guy robbed me. I have a 2 year old son and just pissed away 4,000 dollars. I needed a quality nice car. I STRONGLY recommend you avoid these CROOKS, DISHONEST, NO MORALS, THIEVES. And what’s funny is I asked him to throw a little gas in for me cause the tank read EMPTY. He says oh! I through in 5 bucks. So I go to gas station fill up, and low and behold, the gas gauge is broke. Unbelievable, didn’t bother to mention that to me as well. Every word out this CROOKS mouth was a lie. Never have I been manipulated and tricked so easily. These so called people are the xxxx of this world. At least he could have offered to fix some of the small issues instead of completely treating me and my step dad like we’re targets in they’re scheme to rip people off. So in conclusion, if these people say oh! Your getting a great deal and a great car, know that they’re tricking you and trying to rob you. I hope the BBB takes a look at my case with these pathetic people. Never never buy a car from here. Once you leave the lot your know body to them. Just a mark.
