I had been to all the big name car dealerships and the sometimes and the buy here pay here's and I was fed up an I found this place by pure accident!! I had been to all the big name car dealerships and the sometimes and the buy here pay here's and I was fed up and had decided it was meant for me to have a new vehicle right now. I was driving down Florida Ave saw a bunch of auto places yet the name of this one caught my eye...Freedom. Who doesnt want to check out a place called Freedom! I thought interesting so I went in and took a look around and immediately I saw that the staff was very polite, eager to help me and overall they created a relaxed vibe and the environment was very chillax. These folks were honest, along with extremely patient with me, and above all not pushy. I havent bought myself a new car in 13 years so I didnt want to be pushed or lied to or finagled over and they didnt do that, KUDOS to them for that!!!! This place was hassle free full circle from beginning to end! I mean he told me what they could do to get me into a vehicle and guaranteed me approval. He got me approved within a short timeframe as I waited then he placed me in a vehicle that had exactly what I was looking for. I had issues with my insurance they held the car while I got my coverage together. I didn't realize that buying a car would be more fun than work.
