I made an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I specifically made an appointment so that I could wait for my vehicle while it was serviced and not have a long wait. Before I made my appointment I had called and was told the services should take about an hour to complete. I arrived on time for my appointment. After an hour and 30 minutes I asked for an ETA and was told they were just starting the rotation. It was more than 2 hours before my vehicle was ready. When I inquired as to the reason for the delay, I was just told that they were busy. What is the point of making an appointment if you are just put in line to wait? More
