Fantastic, The Best Ever I have been leasing and/or buying my cars from Fred Mueller since I discovered them in 2001 - and originally I drove 3 hours to get here! I have never been let down with any sales or service person yet, and I highly doubt if that would ever happen. Being a single woman, I have always been told that I would be taken advantage of -- that is so far from the truth. Mike was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, and really helped me to find the best car to fit my current lifestyle as well as budget. When I picked the car up, Mike took so much time to sit in the car to explain all the fancy gadgets, call On Star to transfer my account from the trade-in, and set up my Buick app on my smart phone. Jen in finance had everything ready for me when I picked the car up 2 days after selecting it. Jen never tried to pressure me into purchasing extras when we were signing the paperwork and she was able to get fantastic financing. I will be forever thankful for the trustworthiness of Fred Mueller and I am so happy to have found Mike. Thank you so much!
