Mike Kohler answered the phone and I was very pleased to work with him through the entire process. He explained everything completely and showed me all the facts that were available about the vehicle. I was able to take the car out on the road on my own and did not feel pressured to buy that first day. Mike and I talked on the phone a few days later and closed the deal. A few days later, I left Fred Mueller Automotive with the vehicle and a full tank of gas. More
