He stated he was near by if needed. after few more mins looking at this 1 vehicle, Mike asked if we had questions, to which my husband did. One thing led to another, when we told Mike of our horrific incident with a carjacking with my mom & baby in car. He was very sympathetic & understanding of why I wanted a different vehicle. Has I asked him my questions & he answered them, my husband then started to get it. Mike was very open & honest...gave us his thoughts & we went from there. By tie my vehicle was done in service, we were looking at a GMC Arcadia. The car we traded in was purchased here with Nancy. Through a misunderstanding & Nancy being busy with a guest, we dealt with Mike. When we picked up car the next day, Nancy was there to help us out has well & was helping out my mom. I think my mom might just become another Fred Mueller customer with Nancy &/or Mike. Every time I've been here, its been a positive experience & working with Mike, Nancy is rewarding.
