Horrible service. Purchase a van last January 2021. In March 2021 the transmission went out. So they fixed it. We are now in February 2022 engine and transmission is out. We took the van for service in January they've had the van for three weeks to fix the engine and transmission. We get it back yesterday 2/22 and we took it back 2/23 still not fixed properly. The service representative and the manager DO NOT CARE. The state there might be a hole in the engine that WE going have to pay more money after we paid 1660 2/22. If the engine was fixed. Why didn't they fix the whole. They are very un honesty people. Customer service sucks servicing a vehicle sucks. I don't recommend Fred Martin to nobody. Make matters worst corporate office is on barber rd. Civil Court is my next option. More

I’m wasn’t pleased with the service I received. Most of the time I didn’t hear from Williams. My car was there nearly an month for an transmission. It’s probably would have been there longer if I hadn’t co the time I didn’t hear from Williams. My car was there nearly an month for an transmission. It’s probably would have been there longer if I hadn’t contacted William’s for an updated. After picking up my car I noticed on my receipt that my CV boot was ripped. I tried several attempts to notify Williams about my concerns. I finally contacted him several days later. He’s replied the mechanic forgotten too mentioned this too him. So the problems never got fixed. Now I have too get that’s fixed. All this should of been avoided by the mechanics and William. More money I don’t have. I’m very disappointed and annoyed with the service not rendered too me. More

Drove into the service lane for checking in and waited for more than 15 minutes. Then stood next to a service desk another couple minutes to get waited on. Had an appointment for 8am Thursday and was for more than 15 minutes. Then stood next to a service desk another couple minutes to get waited on. First oil change and tailgate latch adjustment was fixed by Tuesday afternoon. What would you give for a rating. More
