Good Morning. We apologize for any miscommunication, but the work owed was not the same as the work being requested. The we-owe statement given at the time of purchase was for touching up scratches that had been found prior to purchase, where as the service requested was for removing dents. These are two separate issues and are fixed in different ways. Again, we do apologize for any miscommunication. Thank you for your comments.
