I enjoyed my Barcelona Red Tundra SR5 (SX) double cab buying experience. My salesperson was AJ Rueda. He was very helpful, listened well, and found the almost-perfect match on what I was looking for. buying experience. My salesperson was AJ Rueda. He was very helpful, listened well, and found the almost-perfect match on what I was looking for. I had done research on used Tundras and knew the price range for used versions of the truck we wanted (I used eBay and Carvana, and watched for about a month). After the test drive AJ led me to his office and asked what it would take to sell me the red Tundra I had just driven. I told him I wasn't prepared to answer that, and when he persisted, I told him I meant no disrespect but if he couldn't match the high end of the range for the used Tundras I had looked at on line, I wouldn't buy that day. So, he did! (including trading in my 2006, 220,000 mile Tacoma Access Cab). The end result was that in a total of 5 hours, including 2 hours where I drove the new truck home to shock my wife and drive back to Fred Haas with her, we traded in the old truck and drove off with her new truck, at a price we're happy with and that the dealer is happy with. This was an enjoyable experience and my wife is thrilled with her new red truck. Thanks AJ! More
