WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! !! Drove 3+ hours with 2 toddlers to purchase a minivan. We were very much interested to buy. There were like 3 people texting/emailing me about the !! Drove 3+ hours with 2 toddlers to purchase a minivan. We were very much interested to buy. There were like 3 people texting/emailing me about the vehicle I inquired about. Assured me the vehicle is ready for selling. Sent me pictures of the vehicles being inspected and so on. Arrived to the dealership excited to check out the minivan. To my surprise, the vehicle has a VISIBLE BIG SCRATCH ON THE BUMPER. The vacuum parts are MISSING! During the negotiation, the sales person’s boss would not budge on the price due to the MISSING VACUUM PARTS and BIG SCRATCH. We were fine to accept it as is BUT the vehicle is NOT READY UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. It wasn’t an option to stay the night with 2 toddlers and my husband has work on the following day. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! I DON’T RECOMMEND!!! More

They don't care if you are a previous customer all they care about is profit. They will turn down and away business to make sure they get their cut of profit.
