Don’t waste your time going to Fred Haas Toyota Country…My husband and I went in to purchase a truck. We test drove two vehicles. We were interested in one with a sticker price of $59,849 our salesman was Eric Kopinitz when we sat down to crunch numbers he said the vehicle was priced at $63,033 (which I guess is the price with the “dealer add ons” ) than he said best price $7,000 off and he can sell it for $56,033 with no “dealer add ons”. My husband gave them a final number we were willing to pay and we walked out without purchasing. Later I sent an email to the salesman asking why he didn’t start at the sticker price if he had no intention of doing the dealer add ons. Crickets no response. Today he calls my husband and asks how he can earn our business and my husband says read our email and reply. Crickets no response . I guess there’s no reply he can give that makes sense. Do your homework know what the vehicle is worth before you go in. The “dealer add ons” haven’t even been done to most the vehicles they just price them on top the MSRP so they can start high and make more $. Read the dealership reviews on sales The $7,000 off figure he gave me really was only $3,816 off sticker price so why not be honest why try and trick consumers into thinking they are getting a better deal. Very disappointing …no car is worth the hassle of working with a salesperson that is not trustworthy. We own 3 Toyotas, we even purchased our last one from Fred Haas off 45 but now we are thinking about going to Ford getting a Ford truck maybe their salesman are more upfront and honest. More
Worst experience ever. Agreed on a price and to pay cash. The dealer insisted on running 3 credit reports. My credit is frozen, on purpose to protect myself. I offered to unfreeze Experian for them to see who they are dealing with. (That was their excuse for needing a report from a cash buyer). They said no, and required multiple reports. I offered to pay with a Cashiers Check or even wire transfer. I provided a drivers license, insurance and they could have called the bank, They never offered an alternative such as an IRS form or any other option. Why does a dealership need multiple credit reports from a cash buyer. I offered 1 report which is sufficient almost anywhere for anything, but that was not enough. Something does not smell right. What do they do with the information? What is the incentive? All they do is cost the sales people a sale and commission. The manager was rude, inflexible with zero people skills. Don't waste your time regardless of how you want to pay. They clearly do not have the customer in mind. horrible. More

April 10, at 9:30 am, having an appointment at dealer's request, I took my new vehicle in for an early oil & Filter change. Upon arrival, I was advised by Ms Sara Diaz that wouldn't take long at all, so de request, I took my new vehicle in for an early oil & Filter change. Upon arrival, I was advised by Ms Sara Diaz that wouldn't take long at all, so declined the courtesy shuttle to return home. I never received any updates on my car, but heard lots of complaints from other customers, and how long their service was taking. Waiting patiently until about 1:00 pm, (3 1/2 hrs) I went to Ms Diaz' desk wanting my car back. Upon her return, as she handed me my keys, I was curtly advised that the car was around the corner, and could pick it up there. Great PR! Inquiring about a receipt for any initial work, Ms Diaz looked over her shoulder, and said, "There isn't one; you cancelled the order!" After 3 1/2 hrs, w/an appointment, NOTHING had been done to it! I received No explanation or apology for what is a poor maintenance program! Save your money & sanity; take your business elsewhere! More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! !! Drove 3+ hours with 2 toddlers to purchase a minivan. We were very much interested to buy. There were like 3 people texting/emailing me about the !! Assured me the vehicle is ready for selling. Sent me pictures of the vehicles being inspected and so on. Arrived to the dealership excited to check out the minivan. To my surprise, the vehicle has a VISIBLE BIG SCRATCH ON THE BUMPER. The vacuum parts are MISSING! During the negotiation, the sales person’s boss would not budge on the price due to the MISSING VACUUM PARTS and BIG SCRATCH. We were fine to accept it as is BUT the vehicle is NOT READY UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. It wasn’t an option to stay the night with 2 toddlers and my husband has work on the following day. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! I DON’T RECOMMEND!!! More
They don't care if you are a previous customer all they care about is profit. They will turn down and away business to make sure they get their cut of profit. Bought a vehicle from them previously and can' care about is profit. They will turn down and away business to make sure they get their cut of profit. My service appointment from check in to check out couldn’t have gone any better. My service advisor, Francisco was courteous, professional and friendly. As promised in a very timely fashion he infor couldn’t have gone any better. My service advisor, Francisco was courteous, professional and friendly.
