We want you so happy with us that staying long-term becomes an afterthought. On the appointment, yours was actually for the following Wednesday, not the Sunday you came in. We understand how that can happen, but we're hoping you'll see we did all we could to get you in as soon as we could not having any idea you'd come to the store 3 days early.
