Just purchased our new 2014 Jeep Latitude from Charlie Wallace! We love it! This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Frederick's and returned to our favorite salesperson, Charlie. We can't say enough about how awesome he is with his customers. He always has time to answer questions, returns calls promptly, and makes every effort to meet the customer needs. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and does not push his customers into buying something they really don't want or need. As long as Charlie is at Fred Frederick's we will continue to return when we need a new vehicle. I stopped by for service, and I was talking to Charlie Wallace and Jeff Frederick. I saw a 2013 Ram Laramie Crew, that had just arrived. I inquired about the truck and road tested it. I am new to the state and area and brought my car in for the state inspection. I get a call indicating it failed and i needed to have $3000 in repairs done. I get the list of repairs and it included repla the state inspection. I get a call indicating it failed and i needed to have $3000 in repairs done. I get the list of repairs and it included replacing a drive shaft, re-doing the entire power steering system, CV boots, brakes, battery holder, lights and so on. I refuse the service and take my vehicle to another well respected and recommended shop in the area and i am walking away with $500 worth of repairs. I felt this dealer was trying to take advantage of new people to the area and will not use this service dept or dealership for anything in the future. More

It's not easy going out to buy a new car. It's intimidating in that you're spending a lot of money and trying to find what you're looking for, yet also trying to find the best deal. Salespeople m intimidating in that you're spending a lot of money and trying to find what you're looking for, yet also trying to find the best deal. Salespeople may see themselves as doing the right thing, but most of the time, without realizing it, they come off as pushy or aggressive. It's their job to sell and their job is dependent of their performance - hence their need to sell. As an adult who's bought more than one new vehicle, I can say with confidence that Charlie Wallace has changed the way I look at a car salesman. He is friendly and engaging and easy to talk to. He is for the most part, the opposite of what reasons I hesitate to walk into a car dealership for. He was no nonsense, friendly, up-front and accommodating. Doing business with him was to my surprise, an absolute pleasure. I will be returning to Fred Frederick again for both service and when I have the need for a new vehicle at some point in the future. This really is how the process should work - Charlie is who you measure all other salesmen against. More
