Fred Frederick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Easton responded

After numerous attempts to contact this customer, we finally reached them by phone. We appealed to this customer for us to reassess the vehicle to determine if we made unwarranted recommendations that were not consistent with the other repair facility, lack of thoroughness of the other facility, or a breakdown in communication on our part relating to what was necessary and what was simply noted. The customer agreed but at this writing has yet to give us the opportunity. We also took the proactive approach by notifying the Maryland State Police Inspection Unit who requested to see the vehicle when it is here and/or report our findings. It would be our intention to remedy any loss to the customer and correct our process based on the outcome.
