From the call I received from Caitlin Lankford everyone was very polite. Salesman Dave Sutton was very courteous and informative, but what I liked the most was there was no pressure to buy. The service department was great also. When my car was delivered to me it was beyond clean, and 3 to 4 weeks later the water is still running off like it was just waxed. The best thing I can say is I would/will defiantly buy from this dealership and Dave Sutton again. More

New Ram 1500 Limited I called Fred Fredrick Dodge last week when I was in search of my new truck. The front desk put me in touch with Rob Richardson. My wife and I went to the dealership on Friday the 28th to see what vehicles they had on the lot. Rob was extremely helpful in the process. I wanted to test drive a 1500 with ETorque and then a regular model. They were both nice but I liked the Matt Steel with the Ram Box Feature. I already had a deal written up from another dealership. Rob took that back to his finance Mgr, he wrote the deal and we were out the door with our new Ram Limited!! Rob was great on our exit. He sat in the truck with us for a while to show us the operation of the Tech features. He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire functionality of this vehicle. He even helped us pair our phones before we left. More
