I can't tell you how happy I am with the Fred Frederick service department. I bought my Jeep at the Annapolis dealership, but was uncomfortable every time I want in there for service, and rightly so. Everyone there always seemed on edge. Despite my specific requests because I have a diesel Grand Cherokee, they often failed to perform necessary service items which eventually resulted in a major problem that Victor was able to remedy. I was even yelled at once by my service manager at the Annapolis service center for a mistake they had made, not me. I can't tell you how nice it is with Fred Frederick to have an organization you can trust. More
