Dealing with Frank Antonelli this time was a pleasure, called for an appointment and what vehicle's we were interested in, ready for us to test drive. Once we decided on our vehicle Frank had problems with his computer and re-entered our information 3 times. But Frank continued on and apologized for having to redo the info. Frank keep us up to date and entertained, and the other employees were helpful to Frank and us when needed. Would like to that the entire staff of Fred Fredricks for a job well done. More
