I could not be happier with my decision to work with Matt at this dealerhip. My daughter totaled her car and we had limited time to replace it. After having a, shall we say, not so pleasant experience at S at this dealerhip. My daughter totaled her car and we had limited time to replace it. After having a, shall we say, not so pleasant experience at Safford in Salisbury, I called Fred Frederick and was connected to Matt Hughlett. He not only beat Safford's price, but was super easy and pleasant to deal with (as were all the staff there). It was the best dealership experience I have ever had.....anywhere. Our Jeep Compass is beautiful and the price was right in our budget. Thank you to all at Fred Frederick. More

Professional, prompt and courteous. The Service Representative was pleasant, I arrived early for the appointment and he was not flustered by that.
