Left car to have two things done. Told to change tire pressure sensor and check AC. Did not hear from them all day. Called just before closing time and they had to call back. My husband was not available pressure sensor and check AC. Did not hear from them all day. Called just before closing time and they had to call back. My husband was not available so they had to talk to me. We’re not very helpful and almost rude. Had done nothing about sensor and had not even looked at the AC. AND did not call us to tell us they had basically done nothing. My husband called them back and Ryan did get the sensor on and they briefly looked at the AC but it was inconclusive. I honestly no longer want to replace my Jeep with a Jeep. They are the closest dealer and lately we have not had very good service experiences. More

We had our dodge truck and jeep compass serviced. the jeep needed a new on/off start battery already and its only a 2018. The dodge truck was fine due to it not having all the new stuff, its a 2016. Wish we had the older vehicles back, they were much easier without all this electronic stuff that costs a fortune for the poor working class person!!
