Sales dept is fantastic. Service dept leaves a lot to be desired. I had the service dept. Look at my jeep for a vibration. After several conversations over multiple days they Service dept leaves a lot to be desired. I had the service dept. Look at my jeep for a vibration. After several conversations over multiple days they said they couldn’t identify the problem. Service dept was less than friendly at pickup also. Took the vehicle to another dealer and was told the Jeep has a problem with the valve train and need a camshaft replaced. Why couldn’t they figure this out and save me the hassle. More
