The car I wanted I saw on Ebay but it wasn't an auction, it was just alisting and it turned out to be at a Toyota dealer in Flemington. I called the 800 #, Kenn picked up the phone and answered all my questions about the vehicle. I asked him the bottom line pricing and he called me back and gave it to me. I came in and visited the dealer while Kenn was with another customer and said I would only deal with him. Gary introduced himself to me while I waited and asked if he could help out with anything while Kenn finished up, I asked to see the vehicle I was interested in, it happened to be already pulled up and cleaned up waiting for my arrival. I thought that was great! Kenn finished and showed me the whole car inside and out, i have never had such a positive experience buying a pre owned vehicle before! Kenn made sure the paperwork didn't take long and within just a short period of time, I was doing all my final paperwork with Pete(finance guy) who was pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend this dealer ship. More

I went to James Toyota Scion to purchase a new corolla. Cary and Angel came over immediately and were extremely knowledgable about the car. Our Salesman, Howard was great. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. However, when it came to the Business Manager, Pate, we were very disappointed. He did not return a call unless he neede knowledgeable and helpful. However, when it came to the Business Manager, Pate, we were very disappointed. He did not return a call unless he needed something from you. Several messages were left unanswered including our final one asking that he call and confirm that he received all the infomation he needed from our credit union. That call was placed on Thursday, May 28th. I am sure if he still needed something he would have called but it is very poor customer relations to not respond to us. I would go back to work with Howard on another purchase but would insist on someone else for the balance of the trasaction. More
Not recommended. Very deceptive practice during contract signing. Review all the numbers to make sure it matches what you've been quoted before signing. Mike was a good and friendly salesman. Brian was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He very patiently showed us how to use all of the feature of the new vehicle as well as provide his card in case we had future questions. I am extremely happy with my first Toyota. I will definately be a future Toyota customer. More
Two complaints: 1. Bait and switch - over the phone they told me they could do the 0% financing on the car I was planning on purchasing, as per their radio advertising, which is what got me to drive an hour told me they could do the 0% financing on the car I was planning on purchasing, as per their radio advertising, which is what got me to drive an hour and a half to their dealership (when I have 3 dealerships within a 45 minute drive). When I got there, I found out they would only give me the 0% financing if I paid sticker price for the car, not our agreed upon price (which I had in writing) which was $2k less. 2. They would only give me the amount for my trade-in if I signed something agreeing I would buy the car I was there to buy. They wouldn't even look at my trade until I signed this form. I did eventually buy the car, with 4.9% financing, but I wouldn't go there again to purchase a vehicle. Buyer beware. More

So I received an ad for a cheap oil change. I figured I would go ahead and use the coupon, and set up an appointment. When I get there, they tell me that camrys'(their flagship car) are 5$ more than other cars. Even though it was a 4 cylinder, not that he even asked me. 5$ isn't a big deal, but I refuse to tolerate bs like that. I don't care if it's 5$, or 500$. Besides, they didn't mention that on the ad. So I walked out. If that's the kind of crap the pull, imagine what they do on the sales floor. More
