The customer service was great because when you stepped into the place someone was there to help you find a salesman. Everyone was friendly and not pushy. Our overall expierence was as good as can be because they knew what they were talking about and they got down to the point without telling us the same stuff we didn't want to hear! And best of all...they didn't force us into anything. All the decisions we made, were made by us, not by them. The price was not extremely high but it wasnt low either. Overall, the price was something that we could settle with. We would deffinitly recommend going to James Toyota Scion in Flemington, NJ. Also when you are there, you should ask if you could have Jeremiah as your salesman!! :) More

James Toyota is an excellent dealership from the person who greets you at the door, to the sales staff, the service staff, the finance folks and the management team. His professional approach in-person was consistent with my own review of the car from outside sources. His demeanor was reasonable, but at the same time he was concerned with how we would use the car if we bought it. In addition, we did not experience any follow up sales pressure, even as we compared the Honda Accord against other vehicles. Overall, the low key professional approach to this experience gave us a very favorable impression of Mike, as well as James Toyota. We also found the staff very consistent, no gimmicks,especially when it came time for us to make a deal. The experience of negotiating a deal is the key to satisfaction that we achieved after buying the Honda. It was quick, and without any last minute glitches.
