Best Customer Service! Thank you Keith Butler! I was going to wait to trade in my Audi but decided to go ahead and purchase a 2017 Subaru Outback. Keith Butler was fantastic. We stopped in one Satu I was going to wait to trade in my Audi but decided to go ahead and purchase a 2017 Subaru Outback. Keith Butler was fantastic. We stopped in one Saturday and within a short time, he worked out the best options, offered the kids some pizza (brilliant), and even treated our dog Codi to a goodie bag. We got a very good trade in and Keith was able to sort out financing very quickly. I'm very happy driving my new car and the dog loves the frisbee he got in the goodie bag! Janice R. More

Excellent buying experience at Fred Beans Subaru I live in Lansdale so l expected to purchase my new Crosstrek from a closer Subaru dealership. However after visiting that dealership, I left extremely disappointed in their offer for my trade in and decided to shop around. I went to Fred Beans and they not only beat the trade in offer from the other dealer, they blew them away. The overall savings from Fred Beans was extremely significant. Randy Rice was the salesman that we dealt with and he made us feel very comfortable and never pressured us. Randy was very knowledgable and helpful, I would highly recommend Randy Rice and the Fred Beans dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new Subaru. Also after making the purchase Nick Ortiz was very helpful in a reviewing with us everything we needed to know about our new Crosstrek. I don't usually write reviews but after my excellent experience at Fred Beans Subaru I felt compelled to do so. More

In the process I struck up a conversation with Randy Rice and ended up going back 2 weeks later and leased a 2017 Outback. I've dealt with multiple Fred Bean's dealerships and the one thing I have to say is that everyone has been very courteous, informative and helpful. Randy was a pleasure to deal with and the overall experience - from test driving to financing to follow up - was very positive. I am happy to say that I am now part of the cult! More

He was always available and ready to answer questions without pushing a sale until, as he said, we found the right car. In the end, we got a great deal on a 2017 Outback with all the bells and whistles, a great price in the October sale and a good finance programme. We also had help from Anthony in finance and Seth on the technical introduction. This was one of the best experiences of buying a car anywhere. Oh yes, and the car is great too! More
High-Pressure Tactics...no thanks My pregnant wife and I visited one other local Subaru dealership and I exchanged emails with a few others before visiting Fred Beans. The primary reas My pregnant wife and I visited one other local Subaru dealership and I exchanged emails with a few others before visiting Fred Beans. The primary reason for our visit was that we were given a good price through email (which I questioned...and it was further verified as correct). However, once at Beans, we were told that the price we were given over email was given in error by whoever ran the numbers...but that they would still honor it. I said appreciate it and requested that I be able to think about it for the next day or two. Nope, Todd said...they would honor that price for that night only...so they needed a decision right away. The high-pressure sales tactic didn't work and we ended up walking after a less than positive experience. It was honestly surprising because I read up on Beans first and they had gotten pretty good ratings. We worked with Daniel Pawlishyn over the phone and email who was very helpful and responsive. Gail also followed up with me and made sure I was taken care of. It was the interaction with Todd Mock that was less than positive. The fact is that if I was just given a day or two to think about it, I may very well have taken the deal. The next week, we actually got a better deal (8% lower) at A & T Subaru. At A & T, everyone we dealt with was helpful and at no point did I feel like I was being pushed into the sale. I'm extremely happy with my purchase from A & T and so glad we didn't bite on the high-pressure tactic that was being employed by management at Beans. More
