This was the best experience I've ever had dealing with cars. Allison was extremely knowledgeable and fun. William Chamuris was also incredibly nice, and very informative with the financial portion of my purchase. Best Car Buying Experience Ever I was in the market to trade in my car for a more family-oriented one. I browsed online and Fred Beans came up. I used the chat feature for a couple models I was interested in and was immediately contacted by Thomas Connelly. Thomas answered some preliminary questions and even went outside to take additional photos of the car. I expressed my interest and locked in an appointment with Mark Susten. Unfortunately, the model I was mainly interested in was sold by the time I arrived, but Mark had a list of comparable models ready for me and we took a walk through the lot to take a look. After looking, we proceeded with test drives. Mark was endlessly patient as I test drove multiple models. There was never a hard sell or aggressive nature. Mark's main goal was to help me find a car that felt right and was a perfect fit. Angel Dimartino was also in the background getting some of the cars prepped and ready for test drives, so there was a lot of synergy that created a smooth buying experience. I ended up buying a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) Subaru Legacy 3.6R Limited. From here, the process was seamless. Steve Herbut handled my paperwork and had a lot of the items ready for when I finished with Mark. Steve went through every single detail with me, so I was left with no questions and felt confident in my purchase. Thomas Connelly (as mentioned at the start) oversaw the entire process and made sure there were no bumps or hiccups. He even stopped by to greet me and ensure I was comfortable and good to go. The entire experience was very personable and relaxed. This is a stark contrast to car buying experiences I've had in the past. No hard sell, friendly environment, a team that cares about you more than a sale. More
I drove 1.5 hours to look at used cars for my daughter. We had a reasonable budget and there were several cars that met our expectations. We made it clear that we wanted to buy one of two cars from them and we wanted to purchase within three days. Even though we drove so far, he had no interest in discussing prices with us and told us he would just follow up on it. He never followed up. I followed up and was told by him he would contact me as a priority the next day. Here I am 3 days later and still no follow up. The good news is that Rafferty Subaru wanted to sell me a car and did everything they could to make me feel like a valued customer. Rafferty had me in the perfect car within 90 minutes of stepping foot in their doors. In hindsight, the poor experience here forced me to go elsewhere and in the end my buying experience was excellent. It’s funny how Fred beans only replies to the positive reviews. It goes to show you that they are not interested in improving their customer service and satisfaction. More

She had no idea what she is doing. Does not belong in the business of sales. Slow to respond and can’t answer questions.
