Quick. Fast. Painless. I've never experienced such a helpful staff. I went into with a few problems with my car, they were fast and didn't put me through the ringer. I would definitely recommend anyone to take your car to this dealership for maintenance or service. They were reasonably priced and didn't try to over sell me something i didn't need. More

Ripoff I took my car in to Action Hyundai in Flemington NJ when my car had only 28,00 miles I was going there for an oil change when Frank the new service m I took my car in to Action Hyundai in Flemington NJ when my car had only 28,00 miles I was going there for an oil change when Frank the new service manager not only told me that I needed brakes. He used scare tactics by telling that the brakes were In serious shape. I told him that I wanted to see the brakes and also the recommentation for replaces certain filters. When I came to get My car he put services on there that I never talked to him about. We was nasty and there were no managers above him to talk to. So in order to get my car I had to put this on my credit card. I was so upset and so I left and thought I'll straighten this out in the morning with Action Hyundai. I called the next morning only to realize the brakes were not left in my car and they were gone. so I spoke to Brianna and with much back and forth she finally debit my credit card for the things that were not suppose to be on my bill. She gave me a hard time telling me that it was my word against Frank. He was let go along with a few of the mechanics that were together in ripping folks like me off. Meanwhile Jon Hess gave me $300 in credit towards future services. The credit was there towards the end of 2016 because I was told that I could use it towards the tires I needed For my car. I never used the credit because my sons gave me the tires as aChristmas present. I went to get an oil change a few days ago and I was told that I didn't have any credit. Where did it go? I'm so upset with this dealer. I have no faith in them Jon Hess tried to make this dealership an honest place but he's gone. And so is my credit. I have faithfully taken my car in for oil changes and done whatever they told me I needed to do with my car. My next step is the BBB More
blatent ripoff-BEWARE!!! Had my brakes done, brake fluid flushed, air and cabin filter replaced BY MY LOCAL MECHANIC a few hours prior to dropping off my sonata at Hyundai of Had my brakes done, brake fluid flushed, air and cabin filter replaced BY MY LOCAL MECHANIC a few hours prior to dropping off my sonata at Hyundai of Flemington for recall issues. A few hours later Received a call from Hyundai that i needed shocks, bushings, spark plugs, AIR FILTER and CABIN FILTER needed to be replaced along with A BRAKE FLUID FLUSH. Listed on their list of services needed were $289.00 worth of services that I had just done HOURS PRIOR to bringing my car to Hyundai of Flemington (note that MY MECHANIC CHARGED $153 for the same services). Brought HofF service person out to look at the filters to find that they were brand new!!! Wow!! What a rip off this dealer is. I have all of the above in writing from both LOCAL MECHANIC and ACTION HofF. Robbery! More

Great Vehicle Sales Experience Back in January of this year, my wife and I were in the market for a new family vehicle and we had our eyes on the Mazda CX-9 for a quite some time. Back in January of this year, my wife and I were in the market for a new family vehicle and we had our eyes on the Mazda CX-9 for a quite some time. Luckily, we found a 2013 GT Trim there that was certified pre-owned and was in perfect condition. We worked with Cush who was able to get us set up with the vehicle well within our budget and with very little hassle throughout the whole process. We even got a great trade-in value for my wife's old vehicle. I would recommend working with them as they made the whole car-buying experience very easy. More
