I had no clue what to expect when purchasing a new car but after going to sansone and having a terrible experience I was ready to give up. I left Sansone in tears and didn't know what to do, who to talk to, or where to go. They were rude and looked at me as if I was just a bad credit score and couldn't afford a car at all. After feeling defeated I went home and looked on true car.com for more dealers. I received a phone call from Derrek only 10 minutes after looking online. He sounded very nice nothing like the guy from sansone so I decided to give it a chance. As soon as I walked in the door Manning was standing with a smile on his face and very welcoming. They offered my partner and I water and coffee and made us feel very confident that they would work hard and do everything that they could to make sure I was satisfied. I was able to buy my very first brand new car on my own (the only person in my entire family to do so) and I would recommend them to any and everybody I know. They made me feel so comfortable. I appreciate the help that everyone put forth in order to help me and get me into my car that I love sooo much. They also assured me that anything I may need i shouldn't hesitate to call them with any questions. I couldn't be happier. More

My experience with Hyundai of Flemington has reversed that general feeling. I started my car search on line and requested information from several dealerships. The only dealership that answered my questions and corresponded with me on email was Hyundai of Flemington. Sherrie in internet sales was forthcoming and responsive. All other dealerships kept trying to call me and give me generic responses on email. The price that Sherrie sent me was very competitive. Based on this experience I set up a time to visit Hyundai of Flemington to test drive a Genesis. I was met by Dan who was knowledgeable, engaging and low pressure on the selling front. I think he realized I needed to move at my own speed. When it came time to negotiate the deal he brought in the big gun "Manny the Sales Manager". Manny did his job as the sales manager to help arrive at an agreed price. Manny was both serious (he has a job to do), but fun in the process also. He treated me with respect and did his best to get the deal done. I wanted to pick up the car the next day. Even though it was a day off for Dan (my sales guy), he came in to make sure everything went smoothly. He arranged for me to be greeted by Sue from Internet Sales who was quite nice and accomodating as we waited for all the paperwork to be prepared. Redmond was the main finance guy I worked with on all the paperwork. He was professional and enjoyable to work with. All in all, I was treated kindly, professionally and received a very good deal in my eyes. I'm very pleased with this dealership and highly recommend visiting them if you are in the market for a new Hyundai. More

Jason was outstanding and was extremely patient. We had a 2011 Ford Mustang to trade in to downsize our monthly payment and maintain a new car at the same time. My daughter also leases a car with your dealership. Great service. I had trouble pairing up my cell phone and getting serius radio activated. I came into flemington Hyundai to help my girlfriend Diana with her purchase of a new Tucson joe was her sales rep as soon as I walk in I was greeted by the sales manager manning G who welcomed me by sa Diana with her purchase of a new Tucson joe was her sales rep as soon as I walk in I was greeted by the sales manager manning G who welcomed me by saying I was a guest at his home and if I need something from him to ask and he would deliver I immediately like him but he seemed firmiliar I had recognized him from another dealership were Diana had bought her Santa fe from and he recognized me and so did the Internet manager Ed who at the other dealership got Diana mats because she was not aware her Hyundai didn't come with any, so as me and manning are chatting I became interested in trading my old Nissan Altima for a new 13 accent I took a test drive spoke to manning about lease verse finance money down he was so informative polite and understanding I wanted to stay at a 200 or lower payment. Manning got me below the number and help me leave the same day with the car and joe went to my home to pick up the check for money down. I have recommend friends and family to joe manning and Ed bye the way thanks to Ed for the pizza pie he bought me and Diana thank you to all three it was nice to see firmiliar face thank you flemington Hyundai you have a great core of guys customer service was suberp. Steve, Manning and the others that we dealt with were so accommodating and patient. Steve had spend 6 hours with us, running back and forth to find the specific auto we were interested in. Steve went out of his way to make us feel very comfortable. It was very warm out and Steve kept asking us if we would like water throughout the entire time we were there. He was very professional, pleasant and very easy to work with. In fact, all the people that we dealt with from sales to finance were so accommodating. The overall experience in dealing with Steve and the Flemington Dealership is Outstanding. I would recommend them to my friends and anyone else looking for a vehicle. As for the dealership, it was professional from entry into the showroom. Personnel greeted you a smile and inquiry 'is someone assisting you' . We had the pleasure of dealing with Joe at Flemington Hyundai on a new 2013 Sante Fe Sport Turbo AWD. I had read about the new model and knew it was the one we wanted to buy, but a poor salesman’s job w Hyundai on a new 2013 Sante Fe Sport Turbo AWD. I had read about the new model and knew it was the one we wanted to buy, but a poor salesman’s job would have killed that. To our delight, Joe was extremely knowledgeable of the new Santa Fe, explained everything on two test drives, and worked with us to get a price we were happy with. It was all a quick and painless experience, so much so that we went back six months later and bought another Sante Fe Sport Turbo AWD from him. We are so pleased and happy with our vehicles, and very happy with the whole buying experience. Buying a new car is stressful, but Joe took it and made it a pleasure, twice. More
