I did online forms, scheduled an appointment and got pre-approval from my bank. I had appointment and amount due on at signing in my hand. A process that should have taken 1 hour (trade in appraisal & paperwork), took almost 4 hours. They lowered the trade in value of my car $1000 because it needed two new tires & jacked up the price of the truck $3000 !! They played games with me and treated me like a stupid female. My time is very valuable, I work three jobs and I feel like they owe me for the time they waisted (or at least payment for the job I had to reschedule) I don’t think I will ever go back to them. I bought the truck, my husband & I love the truck and hope it last forever cause we don’t want to deal with another dealership! They did finally give me the price that I had in writing when I entered the dealership but that was almost 3 hours later!! The signing and appraisal took less than an hour. The dealership 1 star.- Only because they were very clean, kudos to housekeeping otherwise 0. A lot of staff sitting around, one staff member sitting on top of another staff members desk (very unprofessional) - family atmosphere toward each other but not towards me. I would never try treat my family like they treated me. They need to take “the family store” off their name.😡 Also by the end of the process they switched banks on me, I already had already gotten pre -approval at my bank but they totally disregarded that! I was so ready to leave, I agreed to it.🙄
